I am passionate about the power of people and believe anything is possible with the right purpose, people and plan.
A culture transformation specialist, problem fixer, chaos clearer, path finder and a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development.
Over the last 24 years, I have had the privilege to partner cross-functional leaders around the world through dynamic change environments. Working with both small 100 employee organisations and large corporate businesses, in senior HR Director roles, in a variety of industries, including Technology, Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), R&D, Beauty, Retail and Financial technology.
Born in London and now living on the south coast (which I love) I am mostly found on the beach on adventures with my wonderful family and very spoiled dog.

It’s all in the name
Cosán Cróga is Irish for Brave Path, which just happens to be my heritage. It all started with my grandad who left Ireland and ventured on his own ‘brave path’ to London in 1943.
He took his brave path and so it was that Cosán Cróga was born in 2019, establishing my own brave path.
